Michel is a serial entrepreneur, private investor, advisor and board member, serving on the boards of public and private companies and private equity funds. Michel joined the INTIX Board in December 2015.
He was co-founder, chairman and CEO of Clear2Pay, a finance technology company focused on global payment solutions, before it was acquired by FIS (Nasdaq: FIS) in 2014. Before Clear2Pay, Michel was founder, CEO and chairman of FICS, a fintech company specialized in online banking and compliance reporting. In 1999, FICS merged with Security First Technologies, creating the leader in Internet banking – S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE), with Michel as its chairman. He also was executive chairman of Data4S, a data analytics specialist, focusing on anti-money laundering applications. The company got acquired in 2004.
Michel holds a M.Sc. in electronic engineering and computer sciences and a degree in economics and finance from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He is multi-lingual and operates worldwide.

Marc is a co-founder of INTIX and serves on the INTIX Board.
Marc was appointed Chief Executive Officer of INTIX in January 2016 whilst having co-founded the company in 2011 with Wouter Van Santvliet. At INTIX, Marc is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy, profitability and growth..
Marc started his career at TNT Express Worldwide in 1994 and joined SWIFT in 1996 where he occupied several commercial and managerial positions. Marc played an instrumental role in the commercial roll-out of industry initiatives like SEPA, Target2, SWIFT’s corporates program and many more. Marc, who has many years of experience in global, multi-cultural business environments, is fluent in English, French and Dutch, and holds a masters degree in Applied Economics from the University of Leuven (KUL) in Belgium.
Wouter Van Santvliet
Wouter is a co-founder of INTIX and serves on the INTIX Board.
Wouter was appointed Chief Technology Officer of INTIX in January 2016 whilst having co-founded the company in 2011 with Marc Braet. At INTIX, Wouter is responsible for product management, operations and technology strategy.
Wouter started his career at Beyers & Partners in 1994, later on acquired by XRT, where he was R&D-manager for the Globe$ cash and treasury management system. In 2002 he was CTO and co-founder of Trax, a software development company providing payment factory and electronic banking solutions to large corporates and financial institutions. Trax was acquired by Sungard in 2006. Wouter Van Santvliet holds a masters degree in mathematics and finance, and is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
Warren Gardiner has a wealth of experience in banking transaction technologies. Warren has a track record in companies like Siena, Clear2Pay and FIS. Due to his creative mind in applications of hub technology and his deep subject matter expertise of global transaction banking, Warren is till this day involved in major transformation projects around the world. Warren joined the INTIX Board in December 2015.
